The Free plan lets you create 2 Shorts from a video before paying, so you can check the quality on your own content.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

First payment: if you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full, provided you have processed no more than 2 videos in that period.

Renewals and later payments are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.

Processing failures: if a video fails to process because of a problem on our side, the video credit is returned to your plan automatically.

If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us and we will refund it.

How to ask

Email support@polyshorts.com from your account email with your order or invoice number. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
